Now Bank Provide 90% Home Loan on Property of Bhiwadi

Due to Down Fail in Real Estate Market, Reserve Bank of India announced now banks can provide home loans up to 90% on properties only for Property Cost Rs 30 Lakh or Below.Earlier, the facility was only available only if property cost upto Rs 20 Lakh.It is beneficial for home finder or property Investor who is plan to buy property in the range of Rs 20-30 Lakh.RBI decision with all major banks to reducing the interest rate on homes loans.Reserve Bank of India said that circular that in case of "Individual Housing Loans" falling under this category (Property Cost up to Rs 30 lakh), Loan to value ratio is up to 90 percent.
